Common Questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard MOQ is 3 units per model. For first-time dealers we support sample orders of 1-2 units co-loaded with other dealers to fill a 40HQ container.

Can I visit the factory before ordering?

Yes. We arrange pick-up at Qingdao airport and run a full workshop tour with live testing. Remote dealers can take a 30-minute video tour first.

What certificates do you provide?

CE and TÜV for the EU, EPA for the US, and NOM support for Mexico, plus ISO 9001 for the plant. Original certificate scans are provided with every quote.

How long is lead time?

Stock models ship in 25-30 days; configured models in 35-40 days from deposit. We share production photos weekly while your order is in progress.

What are the payment terms?

30% T/T deposit and the balance before shipment. Long-term dealers can negotiate an irrevocable L/C. We do not sell on open account terms.
